The Realm of Wind is ruled by Lleu, the Golden Child, Lord of the Air. The Element of Air is usually learned by those who are most cerebral, and thus has the fewest physical effects, although it is still quite a dangerous power. Perhaps even more so for without the right mindset it is apt to get out of control.

Be thoughtful and mellow. Try to say things that sound as wise and well thought-out as poosible. Try to do it as quickly as possible, however, or people will mistake you for a Dea'Kan'n. Another good move is to have lots of Air spirits hanging around helping you out and giving you rides and stuff. If an Air spirit gets your drink for you, the effect is the same as telekenesis and it's a lot less effort.
